CRAIG, JODY CRAIG) By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated July 21, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on February 4, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, designated by the No. 19 in Block 160, Section "G" of the Bridgedale Subdivision. Said Block No. 160 bounded by Carnation and West Metairie Avenues, Teal Street and Transcontinental Drive. Said Lot 19 measures 50 feet front on Carnation Avenue, by a depth of 120 feet between equal and parallel lines, and begins at a distance of 250 feet from the corner of Teal Street and Carnation Avenue. All in accordance with a plat of Sections "G" and "H" of said subdivision made by F.B. Grevemberg, C.E., in July, 1929, and recorded in Plat Book 11, folio 13, in the Clerk's office in the Parish of Jefferson, and all as more fully shown on a plat of survey by David A. Moynan, Jr., C.E., dated December 26, 1961. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
