WILLIAMS A/K/A BEVERLY WILLIAMS By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated September 9, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on January 28, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Manor Heights Subdivision, in accordance with survey by Alvin E. Hotard, C. E., dated August 25, 1955, copy of which is in Book of Plans 32, folio 25 and further shown on survey of Errol E. Kelly, Surveyor, dated June 4, 1966; and according to survey of R. L. Schumann & Associates, Land Surveyor, dated November 20, 1978, copy of which is annexed to act before Leonard M. Berins, Notary Public, dated November 27, 1978, said portion of ground is further designated and described as follows: Lot no. 41, square no. 7, which square is bounded by Manor Heights Drive, Jeffrey Street, Canal Road and east line of subdivision and the said lot commences at a distance of 400’ feet from the corner of Jeffrey Street, Canal Road and east line of subdivision and the said lot commences at a distance of 400’ feet from the corner of Jeffrey Street and Manor Heights Drive and measures thence 50’ feet front on Manor Heights Drive, same in width in the rear, by a depth of 110.30’ feet between equal and parallel lines.
