Lot 20A commences at a distance of 1,111.64 feet from the intersection of Highland Drive and Glenwood Drive and measures thence 56 feet front on Highland Drive, 56.004 feet in width in the rear, by a depth on the side line of Lot 19A of 132.51 feet and a depth on the opposite side line of 133.15 feet.
