JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 835-702 WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-4 VS MASOOD AB KHAN, (A/K/A MASOOD KHAN, MASOOD A. KHAN) AND ZAREENA SULTANA KHAN, (A/K/A ZAREENA SULTANA, ZAREENA S. KHAN, ZAREENA KHAN) By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated December 13, 2022, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on December 17, 2025 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: That certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana, in Neyrey Park Extension No. 1, being a portion of Lot 4 Rosedale Plantation, which said lots are described according to a plan of subdivision by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Surveyors, dated June 21, 1960, revised March 15, 1961, as follows: Lot 8 of Square 4, which said square is bounded by Neyrey Drive, 17th Street, Western Boundary of Subdivision and 13th Street. Lot 8 commences at a distance of 433.87 feet from the corner of Neyrey Drive and 17th Street and measures thence 60 feet front on Neyrey Drive, same in width in the rear, by a depth on the side line adjoining Lot No. 7 of 111.01 feet, and a depth on the opposite sideline adjoining Lot No. 9 of 111.23 feet. All as more fully shown on print of survey made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Surveyors, dated June 1, 1962, resurveyed January 6, 1965. Made and Accepted subject to: Right of Way to Louisiana Power & Light Company granted by Neyrey Park, Inc. in act acknowledged before Henry G. Neyrey, Jr., N.P., dated January 25, 1962, reg.
