JUDICIAL ADVERTISEMENT 24TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT PARISH OF JEFFERSON STATE OF LOUISIANA NO: 805-093 REGIONS BANK VERSUS THE UNOPENED SUCCESSION OF SIDNEY PAUL BUXTON, DECEASED By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of FIERI FACIAS from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated October 23, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on February 4, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit: A CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in Square No. 133, Terrytown Subdivision #8, part of Oakdale Subdivision, Section “B”, First Ward, bounded by W. Marlin Court, Morningside Drive, Carol Sue Avenue, Oakwood Drive and Daniels Road, designated as Lot No. 20, on the survey by Don A. Garland, Land Surveyor, dated January 25, 1973, resurveyed April 10, 1973, and resurveyed February 20, 1974, a copy of which is annexed to an Act of Purchase passed before me, Notary, dated this even date; according to said survey, said Lot No. 20 commences at a distance of 281.60 feet from the corner of W. Marlin Court and Morningside Drive, and also commences at a distance of 1145 feet from the corner of W. Marlin Court and Daniels Road, and measures thence 50 feet front on Marlin Court, a width in the rear of 81.08 feet, by a depth of 115 feet on each side. This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges. TERMS - The full purchase price is due at the time of the sale.
