By virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale, directed by the Honorable The Eighteenth Judicial District Court, for the Parish of West Baton Rouge, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I have seized and proceed to sell by public auction, on the front steps of the West Baton Rouge Courthouse, 850 8th Street, Port Allen, Louisiana on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property, to wit:
