By virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale, directed by the Honorable The Eighteenth Judicial District Court, for the Parish of West Baton Rouge, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I have seized and proceed to sell by public auction, on the front steps of the West Baton Rouge Courthouse, 850 8th Street, Port Allen, Louisiana on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PIECE OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in that subdivision located in the PARISH OF WEST BATON ROUGE, STATE OF LOUISIANA, known as SUGAR MILL PLANTATION SUBDIVISION, 5TH FILING, and being more particularly described on the official map of said subdivision recorded at Plat Book 6, Page 158, Entry #2939 in the office of the Clerk and Recorder for the Parish of West Baton Rouge, Louisiana, as LOT TWO HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE (265) of said subdivision, said lot having such measurements and dimensions as are indicated on said map, said lot being subject to each servitudes and restrictions as are more fully shown on said plat of survey and as are on file and of record in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder for the Parish of West Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
