Pursuant to Parish Code Chapter 109-42 "Derelict Structures", the following properties have been condemned by the Parish President.

A PUBLIC HEARING will be held by the West Baton Rouge PARISH COUNCIL to ratify the condemnation order. The owner of the structure may appeal the decision of the Parish President by appearing at this meeting of the PARISH COUNCIL to show cause why the structure should not be condemned.
