West Feliciana Parish Schools system will be offering breakfast and lunch at no charge through an option called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for students at Bains Elementary and Bains Lower Elementary during the 2026-2027 school year.

Applications
West Feliciana Parish School system will continue the process of collecting household applications for households that wish to apply for free or reduced priced meals for students attending West Feliciana Middle School & West Feliciana High School.
Applications are available at West Feliciana Middle School & West Feliciana High School or the Food Service Office, and online at
www.wfpsb.org.
The West Feliciana Parish Child Nutrition Program is funded 51 percent with federal funds for a total of approximately $1,519,247.48.
