By virtue of a Writ of Seizure and Sale directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on August 6, 2026, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, situated In the State of Louisiana, Parish of
Orleans, FIFTH MUNICIPAL DISTRICT, City of New Orleans, in that part known as CAZELAR
PLANTATION, being a portion of original Lots Nos. 23 and 24, being designated as LOT X 4A,
which said LOT X 4A BEING PART OF A RESUBDIVISION OF Lot X 4 in accordance with the
resubdivision plan of survey made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated May 3, 1968, certified by
the City Planning Commission of the City of New Orleans, Louisiana, on June 21, 1968, Docket
84/68, and registered In COB 688, folio 251, on July 16, 1968, a copy of which survey is
annexed to an Act of Sale and Assumption by Jacob Senter to Herbert H. Berstein by Act
before Robert S. Taylerson, N.P., dated October 25, 1971, registered in COB 706/240. Said
piece or portion of ground situated in square bounded by General DeGaulle Drive, River Oaks
Drive, Berkley Drive Extension and Kabel Drive and more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the Intersection of the easterly right of way line of Kabel Drive and the northerly
right of way line of General DeGaulle Drive measure thence S 54 degrees 55' 48'' E along the
northerly right of way line of General DeGaulle Drive, a distance of 150 feet (149 ft. actual) to a
point; thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 819.02 feet a distance of
103 .38 feet ( 105.38 feet actual) to a point, the point of beginning; thence continue along the
northerly right of way line of General DeGaulle Drive along the arc of a curve to the right having
a radius of 819.02 feet, a distance of 100 feet on General DeGaulle Drive to point; thence N 25
degrees 45' 0311 W a distance of 158.52 feet along the line separating Lot X 4A from X 4B to a
point, thence N 54 degrees 55' 48" Wat a distance of 161.70 feet to a point, thence S 2 degrees
9' 54" E a distance of 164.16 feet to the point of beginning, all in accordance with survey by J.J.
Krebs & Sons, Inc. dated February 17, 1971, redated May 14,1984.
