By virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on August 6, 2026, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit:

A CERTAIN PORTION OP GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements

thereon, and all of the rights, ways, servitudes, privileges, appurtenances and advantages

thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the SECOND DISTRICT of the City

of New Orleans, State of Louisiana, in SQUARE NO. 255, bounded by Prieur, Johnson,

Dumaine and St. Philip Streets, measuring thirty feet (30') front on Prieur Street by one hundred

and six feet five (165') lines in depth between equal and parallel lines; designated as LOT 5.

Improvements thereon bear Municipal No. 935 N. Prieur Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70116.

THAT CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all of the buildings and

improvements, thereon and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and

advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Second District of

the City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, designated as LOTS 4 A and 3,

SQUARE 206, bounded by North Claiborne and Ursulines Avenue, St. Philip and North

Derbigny Streets, said lots of ground adjoin each other and measures as follows:

LOT 4 A begins at a distance of 60 feet 3 inches from the corner of Ursulines and North

Claiborne Avenue, and measures thence 30 feet 4 inches 0 lines front on North Claiborne

Avenue, same in width in the rear, by a depth of 85 feet 3 inches 1 line, between equal and

parallel lines. Lot 3 adjoins Lot 4 A and measures thence 40 feet 3 inches 5 lines front on North

Claiborne Avenue, 40 feet 5 inches 1 line in width in the rear, by a depth of 127 feet 10 inches 5

lines, between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on survey by Gilbert, Kelly &

Couturie, Inc, dated August 6, 1966

The improvements thereon bear the Municipal No. 1025 North Claiborne Avenue, New Orleans,

Louisiana 70116.

WRIT AMOUNT: $38,559.34

Seized in the above suit, TERMS - CASH.

The purchaser at the moment of adjudication to make a deposit of ten percent of the purchase price, and the balance within thirty days thereafter. Note: The payment must be Cash, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Money Order. No Personal Checks.
