By virtue of a Writ of Fieri Facias directed to me by the Honorable Judges of Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, in the above entitled cause, I will proceed to sell by public auction, on the ground floor of the Civil District Court Building, 421 Loyola Avenue, in the First District of the City on September 3, 2026, at 12:00 o'clock noon, the following described property to wit:

TWO CERTAIN LOTS OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon,

and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appertaining, situated in the Third District of the

City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, Gentilly, being bounded by New

Orleans Chef Menteur Highway, Wilson A venue, Gentilly, being bounded by New

Orleans Chef Menteur Highway, Wilson Avenue, Gentilly Road, and America Street, designated

as Lot 23 A, according to a survey of J.J. Krebs & Sons, dated December 12, 1960, and

recertified December 9, 1965, a copy of which is annexed to vendors act of purchase, and said

lot adjoins Lot 23 C, in the rear and Lot 34 B on the side nearest America Street, Lot 23 A

begins 78.0 feet, 4 inches, 0 'lines from the intersection of the New Orleans Chef Menteur

Highway and Wilson A venue and measures 60 feet, 3 inches, 5 lines front on New

Orleans Chef Menteur Highway, same width in the rear adjoining Lot 23 C, by a depth on either

side between equal and parallel lines of 258.0 feet. Lot 23 A comprises the greater portion of

1/2 of original Lot U facing the New Orleans Chef Menteur Highway.
