PUBLIC NOTICE OF
HOSPITAL CLOSURE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Baton Rouge Specialty Hospital, located at 5130 Mancuso Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70809, will permanently cease operations and close effective June 30, 2026.
Patients currently receiving services will be assisted with discharge planning and/or transfer arrangements to ensure continuity of care. The hospital is coordinating with physicians, healthcare providers, and other healthcare facilities to facilitate appropriate transitions of care.
Patient medical records will be maintained in accordance with applicable federal and state laws. After June 30, 2026, requests for copies of medical records may be directed to:
