Legal Description: Square 2, Barrington Court Subdivision, Lot 31A, Barrington Court, measuring 23 feet by 98 feet, together with the two-story brick veneer and siding townhouse and all buildings, improvements, rights, servitudes, and appurtenances thereto.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Derrick Parker, Sr. is the holder of tax sale title to the above-described property by virtue of a tax sale certificate recorded in the Conveyance Records for the Parish of Orleans on April 22, 2015.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any person claiming an ownership interest, mortgage, lien, privilege, or any other right in the above-described property must file any action authorized by applicable Louisiana law to protect such interest within sixty (60) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. Failure to timely file such an action may result in the termination of any ownership or other interest in the property.
Any person claiming an ownership interest, lien, privilege, mortgage, or any other right in the above-described property is hereby notified that such interest may be affected by proceedings to confirm and quiet title to the property.
