NOTICE
Notice is given that the Executrix of the Succession of Gerald E. Moss, Probate Docket No. 20260056B, 15th Judicial District Court, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, has petitioned in the aforesaid proceedings for the authority to sell the following described immovable property at private sale in accordance with the provisions of Article 3281, et seq. of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure for TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS cash, to wit:
That certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all improvements and all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, situated in Section 10, Township 10 South, Range 4 East, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, and being known and designated as Lot 9 of "MADISON LANDING, and bearing the municipal address of 115 Grenadine Drive, Lafayette, LA 70506.
with the sale to be in "as is" condition and subject to the further terms and conditions contained in the Residential Agreement to Buy and Sell, which is filed in these proceedings.
The Order granting such authority may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of the second publication of this notice. Any opposition to this proposed sale must be filed within seven (7) days from the second publication.
