The New Orleans African American Museum (NOAAM) hereby advertises an invitation to bid for general contracting services for the renovation of 1120 N Villere Street, New Orleans, LA 70116, on the greater NOAAM Campus.

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference August 20th, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (CDT) at the New Orleans African American Museum, 1417-1418 Governor Nicholls, New Orleans, LA 70116. Bids must be received on or before September 10th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (CDT). Bids can be hand-delivered or submitted online at

. Bids will be read aloud in a public meeting at NOAAM (1417 Gov Nicholls) at that time.
NOAAM reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in the bidding process.
