By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, June 30, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 23, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and
improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes,
appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
situated in the State of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, in that part known as
MEADOWBROOK SUBUDIVISION, UNIT NO. 1, and according to a plan of
subdivision made by J.J. Krebs & Sons, C.E., dated April 22, 1965, revised August 9,
1965, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council on August 19, 1965, Ordinance No.
7276, said portion of ground is designated, situated and measures as follows:
LOT 13, in SQUARE 17, bounded by Willowbrook Drive, Juniper Drive, Mt. Laural (or
Mt. Laurel) Drive and the East line of the subdivision, and Lot No. 13 measures 60
feet front on Willowbrook Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 120 feet
between equal and parallel lines. Lot 13 lies nearer to and commences 725.66 feet
from the corner of Willowbrook Drive and Mt. Laurel Drive. All as more fully shown
on survey made by William Maier, C.E., dated October 17, 1970, except that the East
line of the subdivision side is now shown as Servitude Jefferson-Plaquemines
Drainage District.
All improvements thereon bear the Municipal Number: 549 Willowbrook Drive,
Gretna, LA 70056.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
