By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated June 4, 2024, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on August 19, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and
improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances
and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of
Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in SQUARE NO 101, TERRYTOWN SUBDIVISION, NO.
6, bounded by Glouster Place, Gibson Street (side), Goucher Street (side), Grape Place
(side) and Glouster Place (side), designated as LOT NO. 5, commences at a distance
of 325 feet from the corner Glouster Place and Gibson Street, measures thence 60 feet
front on Glouster Place, a width in the rear of 60.32 feet by a depth on the sideline nearer
Gibson Street of 112.50 feet and a depth of 106.25 on the opposite sideline. All as more
full shown on survey of Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., S&E, dated October 12, 1991,
which as the address of 744 Glouster Place, Gretna, Louisiana 70056; subject to
restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting
the property.
