By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, June 26, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 23, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and
improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the
Parish of Jefferson in that part thereof known as KENNER PROJECT SUBDIVISION,
City of Kenner, in SQUARE NO. 502, bounded by Tupelo Street, Ashland Avenue, 15
foot proposed canal and Charenton Avenue, designated as LOT NO. 10-A, all in
accordance with a survey of J. L. Fontcuberta, Surveyor, dated June 30, 1958,
approved by the City of Kenner, under Ordinance No. 504, adopted October 13,
1958, which said lot commences at a distance of 70 feet from the corner of Tupelo
Street and Ashland Avenue and measures 55 feet front on Tupelo Street, the same
width in the rear, by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines. All as more
fully shown on a survey made by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Surveyors, dated
September 7, 1972.
The improvements thereon bear municipal address: 3004 Tupelo Street, Kenner, LA
70065.
According to a survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., Surveying and Engineering,
dated December 11, 1979, a copy of which is annexed to that act of sale, the above
property has the same measurements, designations and location as hereinabove set
forth and is bounded by Tupelo Street, 31" Street (formerly Charenton Avenue), and
Acron Street (also 15 foot servitude to 4th Jefferson Drainage District), Ashland
Avenue and Interstate Hwy. 10
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
