including said Unit's appurtenant undivided interest in the Common Elements,
situated in the State of Louisiana, Jefferson Parish, designated as Unit 1 in
DEVONSHIRE CONDOMINIUMS, as created by Condominium Declaration dated
September 24, 1981 recorded as COB 1017, folio 664, entry no.: 997745 as
amended on January 21, 1982 recorded as COB 1019, folio 65, entry no.: 1000395.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
