By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of FIERI FACIAS from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated January 29, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements
thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, advantages and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish
of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in STONEBRIDGE SUBDIVISION (formerly a part of
Parcels FF-9 and FF-10, Lake Timberlane Estates), in SQUARE 7 thereof designated
as LOT NO. 169, which lot measure 100.48 feet front on Lake Aspen East Drive, 100
feet in width in the rear, by a depth of 126.74 feet on the North side line and a depth
of 136.46 feet on the opposite sideline. All in accordance with a plan by J.J. Krebs &
Sons, Inc., dated August 31, 1981, filed in Plan Book 108, Folio 31-B approved by
Ordinance No. 15014 adopted by the Jefferson Parish Council on January 6, 1982,
registered in COB 1019, Folio 674, Entry No. 1001764, Parish of Jefferson on
February 5, 1982, registered in COB 1031, folio 53. All as more fully shown on survey
by J.F. Ruello, Land Surveyor, dated July 20, 1983.
Said measurements are more fully shown on Plat of Survey by Wilton J. Dufrene,
Land Surveyor, dated May 25, 1990, a copy of which is annexed to act of Cash Sale
dated June 13, 1990, recorded at COB 2332, Folio 234, Entry No. 9024382, official
records of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, and according thereto said square is bounded
by Lake Aspen East Drive, Lake Aspen North Drive, Lake Timberlane Drive, Lake
Aspen South Drive, Lake Kristin Drive, Parcel B and Lake Louise Drive.
Improvements thereon bear municipal address 3621 Lake Aspen Drive East, Gretna,
Louisiana 70056-8302.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
