By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 21, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
A certain piece or portion of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements
thereon, and all the rights, ways, means, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and
advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, located in the Parish of
Jefferson, State of Louisiana, or in anywise appertaining, located in the Parish of
Jefferson, State of Louisiana, designated as Lot M-11-A, Cleveland Estates "On the
Lake", as more fully shown on a plan of Cleveland Estates "On the Lake", Section
43, T12S-R10E, Jefferson Parish, LA, by Ronald Clement, P.L.S., dated August 03,
2018, and as supplemented by a plan of re-subdivision of Lots M-9, M-10, M-11 &
M-12, and Khan Court into Lots M-94, M-10A, M-11A, M-12A, and Khan Court (Lot
M-18), Cleveland Estates "On the Lake" Subdivision located in Section 43,
T12S-R10E, Jefferson Parish, LA, by Ronald Clement, P.L.S., dated September 29,
2020, registered at COB 3445, folio 918, in the official records of the clerk of court for
the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
