By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, June 25, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 23, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
A certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and
all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and advantages thereunto
belonging or anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of
Louisiana, in that part thereof known as Berkley Gardens Subdivision, per plan of
John J. Krebs, Jr., dated March 8, 1971, approved by the Jefferson Parish Council
per Ordinance No. 10077 and filed in Plan Book 74 folio 22 of the conveyance
records of Jefferson Parish.
And according to the said plan, said lot is designated and measures as follows:
Lot 10, Square A, commences 397.97 feet from the intersection of the easterly line of
Caswell Lane and the southerly line of Terrie Court, as measured along said line of
Terrie Court, and measures thence 40 feet front along the arc of curve at the
cul-de-sac of Terrie Court, a width in the rear of 125 feet, by a depth of 149.28 feet
along the southwesterly sideline, and a depth on the opposite sideline or northerly
sideline of 96.31 feet. All as more fully shown on survey by R.P. Fontcuberta, Jr.,
dated May 21, 1984 and annexed to an act before Barry H. Grodsky, N.P., dated
June 18, 1984.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
