By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, May 22, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 23, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
A certain lot of ground, together with all the buildings and improvements, thereon,
and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitude, advantages, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Jefferson,
State of Louisiana, being a part of the Cooperative Land Co. Tract, in plot no. 1,
Section "B", bounded by Moss Lane, Crochet Street, Hazel Place and Jefferson
Highway, designated as Lot 26-A, all in accordance with the survey of Adloe Orr, Jr.
and Associates, C.E., dated February 19, 1958, which said lot commences at a
distance of 1235.33 feet from the intersection of Moss Lane and Jefferson Highway,
and measures thence 55 feet front on Moss Lane, the same in width in the rear, by a
depth of 103.02 feet between equal and parallel lines.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
