By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, June 23, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 23, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements
thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and
advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of
Jefferson, State of Louisiana, City of Kenner, in CHATEAU ESTATES NORTH
SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, in LEMANS VILLAGE TOWNHOMES, in SQUARE 11,
bounded by St. Julien Drive, Macon Drive, Sunset Boulevard and Chateau
Boulevard, designated as LOT 9, which said lot forms the corner of St. Julien Drive
and Macon Drive and measures thence 21.50 feet front on St. Julien Drive, same
width in the rear, by a depth of 51 feet between equal and parallel lines. All in
accordance with a plan of survey by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., dated March 3,
1995, a copy of which is annexed to act recorded at COB 2913 folio 455
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
