By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated April 27, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on August 19, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and
improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances
and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining situated in the State
of Louisiana, Parish of Jefferson, in that part thereof known as Lake Timberlane
Estates, Section 4, in accordance with the plan of resubdivision by J. J. Krebs &
Sons, Inc., Civil Engineer & Surveyors, dated December 8, 1989, approved by the
Jefferson Parish Council on February 14, 1990 by Ordinance No. 17929, recorded
March 15, 1990, under Entry No. 90-10219, in COB 2305, folio 207, said portion of
ground is designated as Lot 16, Square D and more fully described as follows:
Square D is bounded by Jupiter Street, Sutherland Place, Pembroke Lane and
Parcels A-1 and A-2.
Lot 16 commences 915.00' from the corner of Jupiter Street and Sutherland Place,
measures thence 60' front on Sutherland Place, same width in the rear by a depth of
125' between equal and parallel lines. All as more fully shown on survey by J. J.
Krebs & Sons, Inc, redated and signed February 17, 1994.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
