By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, June 25, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 23, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
Situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, In that part thereof known as
Meadowbrook Subdivision, Unit No. 1, and in accordance with Plan of Subdivision
made by J. J. Krebs & Sons, Inc., dated April 22, 1965, revised August 9, 1965,
approved by the Jefferson Parish Council Ordinance No. 7276 on August 19, 1965,
registered in COB 622, Folio 92, said Lot is designated, located and measures as
follows: Lot 15, Sq. 10, bounded by Bannerwood Dr., Penwood Dr., Willowbrook Dr.,
and Surfwood Dr. commences at a distance of 195 feet from the Intersection of
Surfwood Dr. and Willowbrook Dr. and measures thence 65 feet front on Surfwood
Dr., same width in the rear by a depth of 100 feet between equal and parallel lines.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
