By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, May 21, 2026, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on September 23, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
ONE CERTAIN LOT OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and improvements
thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances and
advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated, lying and being
in the PARISH OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF LOUISIANA, in SQUARE NO. 54 of
WHITEHOUSE SUBDIVISION EXTENSION, bounded by Eleventh Street, Avenue
"E", Vic A. Pitre Drive and Avenue "G", designated as LOT NO. 27 on a survey made
by Gilbert, Kelly & Couturie, Inc., Sur., dated November 7, 1983, a copy of which is
annexed to survey recorded in COB 1063, page 208, and according thereto, said Lot
commences at a distance of 101.14 feet from the corner of Eleventh Street and
Avenue "E", measures thence 50.57 feet front on Eleventh Street, a width in the rear
of 50 feet, by a depth on the sideline nearer to Avenue "E" of 133.73 feet and a depth
on the opposite sideline of 141.22 feet.
Improvements thereon bear municipal no. 608 Eleventh St., Westwego, LA 70094.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
