By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE from the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, dated July 18, 2025, I have seized and will proceed to sell to the highest bidder at public auction, at the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office Complex, 1233 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana, 70058, on August 19, 2026 at 10 o'clock a.m. the following described property to wit:
A CERTAIN PIECE OR PORTION OF GROUND, together with all the buildings and
improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes,
appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
situated in the Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana, in that part thereof known as
Ranch Acres Subdivision, which said piece or portion of ground is shown on that
certain subdivision plan by Alvin E. Hotard, C.E., dated April 15, 1960, approved by
Ordinance No. 4567 of the Jefferson Parish Council adopted May 12, 1960,
registered CDB 507, folio 402, and is further described in accordance with the survey
of J. J. Krebs & Son, Inc., dated September 24, 1976, resurveyed November 30,
1976, to show improvements es Lot 5 of Square 18, which said lot commences 200
feet from the intersection of Colorado Drive and Sierra Street, and measures thence
50 feet front on Colorado Drive, same width in the rear, by a depth of 125 feet each;
subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of
record affecting the property.
The improvements bear the municipal address 2516 Colorado Dr, Marrero,
Louisiana 70072.
This sale is subject to all superior security interests, mortgages, liens and privileges.
