TO SELL IMMOVABLE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to any interested person, including a creditor of the estate, a Petition for Authority to sell the immovable property owned by this estate will be submitted to the Court. Louisiana law gives any successor or interested person a limited delay period to oppose what the Petition and its supporting documents allege or propose and the reasons for the opposition, seven (7) calendar days from the last newspaper publication date of this notice. If the clerk of court does not receive any proof of opposition after the legal delay ends, the Court may grant the Petition without changes.
